Started on 18 Jul 18 - with a weight of 56.3kg. Hubby scacastically said i got big tummy and fat :(
For the next 1 month- these are the regimens that i did. lost 3 kg only. 53.3kg. And did not go further down.
What i did:
exercise at least twice a week.
eat lesser or no rice.
eat these products.
Products tried:
1) Chapter plus by backslim $11 dollar for 10 pills. tried only 3 days when HSA declared that there is banned substance in it. Other than feeling thirsty, no other side effect was found on me. Made me drink lots of water.
2) Backslim strawberry milk. $26. Side effect same as thirsty. supposed to help suppress appetite. For me only a bit. still hungry. oh ya, it smelled and tasted very nice. :P
3) Mdm Kate detox pills - $8 for 20 pills. No side effect found and really helped in detox. Ingredients is natural herbs.
The above products helped me slimmed 2kg in two weeks.
4) Purchased sample for avalon slimming tea at 5 packets for $2. Found it really good to detox and taste nice. Product recommended to take at least 30 days and possibility of slimming down 5kg. After finished the sample, bought 2 boxes of 20 at discounted price of $17 each.
5) tried taiwan night enzyem once, but stop due to night i will drink avalon slimming tea.
No side effect nor see effect as did not constantly took it. Pills do not smell nice. 1 box at promo is $25.
6) Tried this slimming cream haraku Japanese, found it minty but slimming effect not seen. it cost $40. almost finished but effect so so.
7) Best slimming cream i had tried so far is latoja. It is very hot and burns fat. Wrapped in plastic will make it hotter. You can get it qoo10 for $30.
8) Slimming belt $60 with heating function
With all these till now slimmed additional of 1 kg. So that make up of 3 kg as of 1 mth plus.
Not going down despite monitoring diet and not eating fried stuffs very very long...haha. 1 mth to me is very long. No KFC, no satay, oily stuffs.
9) tried skinny mint tea before. Morning booster is not bad in tasting. However, not for detox or slimming purpose. Night tea is mainly for detox. Tried but effect is so so. Have ordered a set with its gummies but not started to try it.Promo price $50.
